제자리에서 해도 됩니다. 다리 벌린 상태로 내려갔다가 올라갓을 때, 다리를 모으시지 않고 엉덩이로 올라오는 느낌주면서 아래댓글처럼 복압과 호흡 신경 쓰시면돼요!
