저중량도 복압이랑 호흡 신경써야할까요?? 30-40kg로 15-17회씩 4세트하는데 호흡 신경쓰면 너무 숨이 차서 많이 하기가 어렵고 오히려 그냥 숨쉬면서 하면 안쉬고 잘 되는데 허리에 무리갈까요??ㅠㅠ
