지민536·Barbell Squat·1mo agoShould I pay attention to breathing and intra-abdominal pressure even with light weights? I'm doing 4 sets of 15-17 reps with 30-40 kg, but if I focus on my breathing, I get too out of breath and it's hard to do many reps. On the other hand, if I just breathe normally, I can do it well without getting too tired. Will that put a strain on my back?ㅠㅠ
