"No, why are there so many sets?"
I set my first exercise to be a workout, but is it correct that the first exercise is a barbell squat?
Should I pay attention to breathing and intra-abdominal pressure even with light weights? I'm doing 4 sets of 15-17 reps with 30-40 kg, but if I focus on my breathing, I get too out of breath and it's hard to do many reps. On the other hand, if I just breathe normally, I can do it well without getting too tired. Will that put a strain on my back?ㅠㅠ
I successfully gained 10 kilograms last week!
🏃♀️
If the legs are long, low bar.
Is this including the weight of the bag????
No, no, it's not over yet. Why did you take it out, Grandpa? 😢
Be a man, back squat, no Smith machine. Set safety bars, take some weights and try. Don't be a pussseeeeeeeya
If yall are feeling like your going to faint while doing these, EAT MORE or lower the weight it’s all about building up 😭
It's okay to fall; you can just get up. 🦍
Definitely hard but keep pushing!!!🔥
My lower body is so hard🔥
Hehe, I took a break after the set, and now the set is complete!!
Man it’s to hard but will keep doing it
Do I need to enter only the weight of the plate without the barbell weight when recording this? It says 20kg for the barbell.
When you engage and lift the bar, come out in a very inflated state, and after that, exhale lightly as if the pressure cooker has finished cooking. If your core isn't engaged, you'll end up like a flip phone. Remember to maintain intra-abdominal pressure while thinking of inflated Michelin tires.
These suck lmao
Two years ago, I could only do 1RM (140), but now I can do 6 reps x 4 sets. Applause for myself 🥹
My knees hurt, so I'm lifting 80 instead of the 120 I used to lift... Everyone, please don't get hurt...!
