Leg Press Community

I really wish it would specify whether the goal weight is including the equipment or not! Our leg press is 118lb WITHOUT any added plates. Do I take that off the goal or does that not count??

700 pounds 13 reps finally , been trying for a little while now

↳ good ! cheer up

Did you drink? Then pay the price. 🏋️‍♂️

Vertical Leg Press (Panatta Vertical Leg Press - 2nd Place) Features: Since the footplate is positioned above and pushed vertically, it provides a good stimulus for deep stretching of the hips. Caution: If flexibility is even slightly lacking, raising the pelvis while lowering deeply can put significant strain on the lumbar discs. If you are already fatigued after performing an 80kg hip thrust, the risk of injury slightly increases.

It's really hard to do "Stairway to Heaven"...

Is it included in the base weight?

"Others give 30 to 40, but why is this one giving 75?"

With both sides at 30kg, I wonder what the total would be…?

How much weight is the machine without any weights on it

↳ typically 50-55kgs

The best

Don't command during break time!!

If you're just going to look at your phone, then just go away.

Is it true that you did 3 sets of warm-up and 5 sets of the main workout?

How many kilometers can everyone push? I managed to push up to 260 kilometersㅠ

Should I set the basic weight of this direct version without the original disc to 30kg...?

↳ 0키로로 잡으면됩니다

But this weight that increases exponentially every week... can't we adjust this? I feel like we should at least do it for a month before increasing it.
