I have a question. At the gym, two people are taking turns using one machine, is that correct? When A uses this machine, B uses a different one, and when A is done, B comes to the machine A was using, and A goes to the machine B was using...
Our machine is in 7kg increments, so if I lower it one step, it's manageable, but if I raise it one step, it's really hard... I just want to increase it by exactly 5kg, haha.
Can this also train the upper chest? Is there a specific position for the upper chest?
Place your shoulder blades same way you would with classic bench press. I got bummed shoulder but I still love these🔥🔥🔥
The reason I'm only recommending this for chest exercises is what? I want to crush the bench, you know.
