Ah, there’s no speed and no slope indicator, so I thought since it’s called running, I should walk. But then it says in the guide to do as you wish (feeling deflated).
When you replace the exercise go under the “all” tab and type in “walking” then select it for replacement…Baada boom baada bing your off and walking to burn calories

For ones doing this lose weight no need run just walk using speed 3 to 3.5 incline 9 to 15 is best 20 mins at least or more

Instead of running - set the incline to about 12 and speed to about 3.5 / 4 km/h - you'll feel the burn more

Go 30 mins, 12 incline, 3 MPH. Dont sweat it if you hold on to the handle, either way its a workout.
