When I do running exercises like on a treadmill, my left hip joint clicksㅠㅠㅠ
I have lost 19kg just with cardio and diet, and now I am trying to build muscle and reduce visceral fat. However, my arms and legs ache and feel weak every day, so I wonder if this is the right approach.
