My left shoulder hurts alot when engaging in any movement regarding it. I have no medical issues or damage and I understand that one side is dominant but still it is so weak it sometimes just gives up. What can I do?
Every time I lift it up, my shoulder hurts. Is there a way to alleviate this? For now, I will stop and try a different step-up.
