There is no space on the treadmill, so when I start cycling, a spot on the treadmill becomes available.

I have a really hard time doing cardio on a machine. I can run a 5k outside but already bored after 5 minutes of a bike or treadmill

20 minute Sprint 8 workout Recovery 1:30 at 1, 30 second Sprints and 4, 6, 8, two times each. Great workout
@Ceresko, I disagree it think the treadmill is harder on the knees. With the bike the warm up with no resistance for 5 min then really crank it up and go for it maybe you need more of a fight. That or I'll skip both and go for a run thru a trail
