Why is it 1.5 minutes in 1 minute, and the timer is going for 1.5 minutes, 1.5 minutes? What kind of bug is this?

By default, it's set to 15 minutes for 1 set with resistance 0. Go into set modification and start with 1 set for 5 minutes at resistance 1, then for the remaining 10 minutes, use resistance 2 for 2 sets.

In cycling, cadence is more important than speed resistance. Riding at a cadence of 80 to 95 is more efficient.

If I want to ride after strength training instead of using a treadmill, please let me know what level of resistance, duration, and speed would be good. 🙏

There is no space on the treadmill, so when I start cycling, a spot on the treadmill becomes available.

I have a really hard time doing cardio on a machine. I can run a 5k outside but already bored after 5 minutes of a bike or treadmill

@Ceresko, I disagree it think the treadmill is harder on the knees. With the bike the warm up with no resistance for 5 min then really crank it up and go for it maybe you need more of a fight. That or I'll skip both and go for a run thru a trail
