For reference, your body should be close to the bench, just barely touching!
You really need to relax your leg strength completely. Your arms should be lowered to about 90 degrees, then go down slowly and come up quickly! Going down should not be fast either.
I'm putting my feet up on the chair, making it harder, but I'm not feeling any stimulation in my triceps. ㅠ
