To go deeper I use a chair with a dumbbell on it so it won't move and get injured and elevate my feet with a milk crate. When doing this go as deep as you can and feel the tension in your traps. I get a big pump and burn from this and go for hypertrophy at 12-15 Reps atleast 4- 5 sets and you will see big results.🔥
