Make slight adjustments to the center of your waist/pelvis. 3. Grab the bar and lightly "pull" to create pressure on your back. 4. Relax your shoulder strength by 10-20% to settle in. 5. Check for 1 second after unracking. 6. If unbalanced, don’t be stubborn; re-rack immediately and reset. This is the standard approach.
