여자분들 보통 무게 몇 정도 드시나요?

보통 처음엔 빈바도 못드는 게 일반적이고 중급 정도 되면 본바가 본세트, 스트랭스 때 5~10kg 드는 것 같네요. 무게보단 자세와 자극이 더 중요한 운동이긴 합니다!
