It’s not about putting strength in one place! It’s not that kind of concept! While performing unstable movements, try to move in a way that doesn’t put strain on your lower back while engaging your core.
Breathe while keeping your core engaged by stabilizing your center with your abdomen, hips, and back, so that you don't strain your waist. Your limbs should also remain relaxed. The movement of your limbs is part of the exercise as your core works to stabilize your body from swaying.
