I do both lighter on rope
It seems that the action of pulling and spreading to the side uses the side muscles as well, making it feel tougher... Even 5 kilograms was difficult, so I switched back to the barbell, haha.
The target areas for the bong and the rope are slightly different for the triceps. Injury prevention is more important with the correct weight and posture.
