I've improved a lot compared to before I started exercising! I think I've been using PlanFit for about a year now, and I feel like my shoulders have widened, and although it was a bit loose, they have definitely grown, and I can see biceps that I never imagined before... I like the recommendations, time tracking, records, and community, so I plan to keep at it consistently! In fact, I think the key to body growth is to keep doing what suits your body rather than just relying on the app. That's the hardest part, but since you can't expect perfection from the beginning, it's better to start with a lot of volume and find your adaptation. As time goes by and you become more skilled, you will likely find the routine and workout methods that suit you. I think it's best to just give it a try!
