팔꿈치 통증을 완화하려면 내려갈 때, 손바닥 바깥쪽으로 무게를 실어주고 올라올 때, 손바닥 안쪽으로 무게를 쳐주세요. 낮은 무게로 연습하면서 무게를 올리면 한결 나으실 겁니다.
