장요근이 단축되어있어서 그럴수 있어요 인터넷 혹은 유튜브에 장요근 스트레칭 검색 해보시면 가장 많이 나오는 스트레칭을 선행 하고 데드리프트를 진행하시면 개선가능합니다

If your body is unbalanced or if your arm lengths are different, it's good to do corrective stretching since everyone has some degree of imbalance. Doing deadlifts helps reduce this a bit because you touch the ground. 🥹
