Why does my erect muscle keep hurting?
Is the total weight the combined weight of the barbell and the plates? Or just the weight of the plates?
I have a 1RM in deadlifts, but my love life is at 0RM. Sigh. One more set, let's go!

If I do 4 sets of 80 kg for 6 reps, what would my 1RM be? I have never tested it before.
