The lifting power itself is fine, but the grip strength on the bar is weak, so I feel like I might drop it. Should I lower the weight?
Using a strap or alternate grip, if one hand is pulling from the bottom to the top and the other hand is pulling from the top to the bottom, it puts less strain on the hands.
