After doing about 2 sets, my back hurts. What could be wrong? T_T
Be careful not to injure your back, so if possible, learn the correct posture again with a physical therapist... The medical expenses from a back injury are much more expensive than the cost of physical therapy...ㅠ
It might be because you can't engage your abdomen, which causes an excessive arch in your lower back! (In cases where you're only focusing on hip hinge) I am currently doing planks after abdominal exercises (I do rectus abdominis exercises + planks)! If you think about it while doing it, it might hurt less! + I practiced a lot on how to lower and lift properly while doing rack pulls!
