My elbow joint hurts. How should I resolve this?

If elbow pain is too burdensome, try not to fully extend your arm during presses or tricep exercises, but rather extend it only 90%. A full range of motion is ideal, but I also slightly reduce my range of motion when the weight increases. I think the best option is to just buy an elbow brace.
