Kai, it's OK even if it's not the full movement, try your best, over time your shoulders become stronger and you'll be able to do full range motion, (even I can't movie it fully yet I do it, and it's stronger than ever, 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️
