First time doing this today, felt stupid picking up 2.5kg, after the first set I'm glad I did. Are partials OK with this exercise?
Try to find a weight where you have full range of motion, and then increase overtime. Partial reps are fine, but you miss out on the full gain.
I only count full raises because otherwise I’m just cheating myself
