발을 벤치에서 멀리 뗀 상태로 배와 무릎을 거의 닿게 앉은다음, 벤치와 종아리 사이로 덤벨을 넣었다가 위로 올리는 자세로 하면 안되나요?? 설명이 어렵네ㅠ
