you need to stretch out your wrists and improve grip strength, start in table top position and put your hands palm facing up and fingers pointing towards your body and SLOWLY sit back as much as you can. It should be very tight and difficult at first, it takes a while to build up but you’ll notice a big difference. Good luck!
keep your wrists in a straight and netural position.
