My left arm is much weaker than my right arm. Should I lift a little heavier with my left arm to train it, or should I just use the same weight for both sides?

If you use the same weight, your muscle balance will be adjusted. You must use the same weight without exception.

If the weight you are currently lifting feels light on your left arm, increase the weight, and if it feels appropriately heavy, try increasing the repetitions. :)
