I cant fucking balance on these
put a bench in a v and place your foot there
you can hold onto something on your working leg side. One Dumbell at a time. Slow and controlled builds better muscle than more weight and powering through an unstable exercise. :)
Put your feet on the bench more Sideways. sideways.
