Sit on the bench. Stretch your legs out. Place one foot where it touches the ground, and rest the other foot on the bench. Slightly bend your hip joint and go down vertically, then come back up, repeating this. If you do 5 sets to the limit with less than 15 repetitions, your leg workout is done.
