For reference, the biceps don't grow quickly because they handle a lot of heavy weights and the muscle fibers are thin, so when doing EZ bar curls, focus on handling heavier weights, and for the rest, concentrate on the contraction and relaxation for stimulation. After finishing, if you do a front double bicep pose, you should see some bicep gains.
