The coach's comments on this exercise aren't quite right. Do them in a Y shape (45 degree angle) rather that at your sides
no coach is definitely right if you’re controlling the weight. Raising and lowering it slow, you’ll feel the burn in the shoulder area for sure don’t get injured over doing movements
