xHIpXO·Dumbbell Lateral Raise·3mo agoSarelle is done with drop sets. e.g) 3kg * 12 reps - 1.5kg * 20 reps = 1 set A total of 4-5 sets (including 1 warm-up set) If it gets difficult, give a slight bounce to stimulate the back as well. * If you can do partner exercises and receive assistance, I think it's better to continue with the main set weight.
