옆으로 그대로 들면 승모쪽이랑 어깨 회전근쪽이 꽤결려요 약간 35-40도 각도로 들어주면 좋아요

완전 몸과 평행하게 하기보다 위에서 봤을 때 앞으로 팔 사이 각도가 약 120-150도 가량 되도록 팔 방향을 잡는게 어깨 결림 없이 동작됩니다.
