start with low weights, it gets easier. I couldn’t do 2 kilos a few months ago but now I can do 6

shoulder exercises are very humbling, even for the biggest built person in the gym. Start low, 5lbs or lighter, and don’t be surprised if your still doing well under 10lbs more this from now. Shoulders are a very sensitive area and can only take so much. Don’t over do it. I’ve been lifting for years and can still only do 8lbs comfortably. Try a smaller weight, for 4 sets of 8, and make sure you are getting at least 1-2 minutes of rest between each set when beginning. The last thing you want is to screw up your shoulder so early in your journey. Good luck!!!!
