The disk sometimes feels tingly, should I lower the weight..? I try to lift it lightly.

If that's only when you're lunging, try narrowing your stance a bit. A wide stance might be causing you to use your upper body and back strength when getting up..! I also have a herniated disc..

무게를 낮추거나 아예 맨몸 운동 하셔야 돼요(밴드 운동도 좋아요) 아니면 자세가 정확한지 다시 보시고 호흡 신경 쓰시면서 하세요 진짜 디스크는 위험합니다.. 터져요....
