make sure your back is straight with your shoulder blades pulled back and lock your back at the bottom where it meets your ars (like a hinge) and arc it like you’re about to receive an enema or about to take a poo at a nasty toilet you don’t want to sit on 😂. Then kind of thrust as you come up with your pelvis and squeeze your butt cheeks together very hard.
