Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift Community

Is the recommended weight the total weight of the two dumbbells? Sometimes I get confused.

weird one for me because sometimes I feel the burn in my glutes and sometimes it just hurts my back to do

↳ exactly, not ! It’s a compound exercice that activates a bunch of muscles. If they have a weak back, they will feel it more until it gets stronger

Dude I feel it in my back it does not have anything to do with my leg

↳ make sure your back is straight with your shoulder blades pulled back and lock your back at the bottom where it meets your ars (like a hinge) and arc it like you’re about to receive an enema or about to take a poo at a nasty toilet you don’t want to sit on 😂. Then kind of thrust as you come up with your pelvis and squeeze your butt cheeks together very hard.
