Any tips for a 13 yr old beginner? It burns
take your time. Set smaller weights with more reps for 4-6 weeks and then go a little higher on the weights with less sets. I.e. 20lb and 20 reps 4-6 weeks. And then 25 or 30 lbs with 8-10 reps
Burn is good. Pain is bad.
burn is your friend, if you feel sharp pain then lower the weight
better be slow than hurt yourself, embrace the burn
so it’s good that I am feeling pain
