The elbow is going too far back? The elbow should be positioned in front of the body. Otherwise, when pushing, the weight shifts forward, and to prevent that, the neck and trapezius muscles are used.

It's because you are lifting more weight than your capacity, which is why you're using the muscles in your neck and trapezius. Try lowering the weight and doing it with the correct posture.
