how would one do this? 15 reps each leg?

I assume since it's been so long since you asked, that you've gotten an answer... Just in case though, yes each leg... What I found to be easier on counting in to switch legs like your body wants to normally and just count to double whatever your goal is... Example instead of trying to do right leg only 15x, count right leg1, left leg 2... Until 30, which is still only 15each leg, body and brain want to "step" normally though lol
