혹시 팔을 깊게 굽히시나요? 저는 딱 직각이 되는 정도 까지만 굽히면 안아프더라구요 아니면 팔꿈치를 최대한 바깥쪽으로 벌리고 해보시는 것도 좋은 방법일듯 합니다
