Dumbbells are lighter than barbells and are positioned in front of the body, making it much easier to maintain balance compared to regular squats. You naturally adopt the correct posture without having to think about it. Therefore, instead of doing goblet squats to stimulate the lower body, I want to do full squats, but my hip movement is stiff, making it difficult. I recommend this for those who have weak core muscles and find it hard to breathe in the deep squat position. The reason for incorporating this at the end of lower body workouts is to focus on these smaller muscle groups rather than just the larger muscles.
