I’m doing this for the first time, and my knees hurt. Is this normal??
Use the strength of your feet or knees to gather. Lower the weight and try to gather using only the strength of your inner thigh adductor muscles.
Improper posture or lifting too much weight... There is a sensation in the inner thigh.
