왜 가슴운동만 하면 팔이 미친듯이 후들거릴까 꾸준히 운동하는데도 이런증상이 나아지질 않네요

몸 떨리는 건 코어 부족일 수도 있음. 코어 운동도 병행하면서 하면 좋아요
