Reading the comments, everyone says they feel the stimulation in their triceps instead of their chest... Why do I only not feel it in my triceps... I'm doing 15 reps with 5 kg dumbbells at a 30-degree angle, and I feel stimulation in my chest, but when I'm pushing the dumbbells, it feels like my forearms are bearing all the weight... But then when I lower them, I only feel stimulation in my chest... lol Could it be because my triceps are underdeveloped?

The triceps have developed to the point where that level of stimulation is not enough.

Isn't it a weight that wouldn't put a burden on the triceps?

Isn't there no triceps?
