쉬기만하는놈·Incline Dumbbell Bench Press·1y agoReading the comments, everyone says they feel the stimulation in their triceps instead of their chest... Why do I only not feel it in my triceps... I'm doing 15 reps with 5 kg dumbbells at a 30-degree angle, and I feel stimulation in my chest, but when I'm pushing the dumbbells, it feels like my forearms are bearing all the weight... But then when I lower them, I only feel stimulation in my chest... lol Could it be because my triceps are underdeveloped?
