nothing wrong with starting with 5-10 lbs and working up from there

make sure you control the weight. If you’re pushing it quickly you’re not owning it and there’s no GAIN in that whatsoever. Slow on eccentric and push up and slowly lower the weight down focusing on the stretch. Mind body connection is key to muscle development and growth. Make sure you count your macros too get enough protein in and carbs daily for growth

keep doing it, shaking is good, its your body learning how to stabilize yourself under load. I started at 20lbs and now i'm slinging 40s and 50s
