Masters... I'm doing this as my last exercise, and my right arm is doing well, but my left arm shows no signs of being able to lift at all. What should I do? It's not that my arm hurts, it's just that I literally can't put any strength into it...

I do it one arm at a time, and my right arm helps my left arm...

It's because it's impossible to work the muscles on both sides. Rather, I think it would be better to lower the level and start with a level where both sides can work simultaneously, and then gradually increase it.
