The range of motion is narrow, but the stimulation is coming properly. Is it enough to have stimulation? Or is the range of motion a priority?

Stimulation is the priority!! Assuming that all exercises are done without injury, it's important to know how to contract and relax before focusing on range of motion or posture! No matter how much you try to mimic the posture on YouTube, if you can't feel the contraction and relaxation, it's all for nothing.
