There is a way to do this...! Place step boxes on both sides of the bench and put your feet up..! The downside is that you might look like someone who is being overly dramatic, so be careful🥲

When you set up for the first time, it's good to have your upper chest resting on the edge of the pad while exercising. Set your pelvis in the center of the bench or slightly below that while leaning at a 30-40 degree angle, and when you push the floor with your front foot, your body will be stabilized.
