This is my first time doing this, but I feel the stimulation in my back and lower back instead of my lower body like when I'm doing deadlifts. What could be the problem with my form?

앉을때 고관절이 덜 접히면 그래요 너무 많이 앉지 마시고 스트레칭으로 고관절 접는 연습하시고 하세요
